30.04.2022 The Department of English organised a Talk on ‘The Importance of Correct
Articulation’ with Dr. Maongkala Longchar, Asst. Professor, Dimapur Government College as
the resource person.
The talk centered on how non native speakers of English can practice correct pronunciation. Dr.
Maongkala also stressed on how speaking correct English is advantageous on various levels,
especially for students whose confidence is reflected in their ability to speak fluently.
