Introduction

We are happy to announce Unity College’s association with SWAYAM, a groundbreaking initiative launched by the Government of India. This partnership commenced on 24th October 2024 with NPTEL (National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning), offering a wide range of educational opportunities.

NPTEL is a collaborative program by seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras, and Roorkee), along with the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). The program focuses on creating high-quality online course content in engineering, science, and humanities. It offers E-learning through web and video courses to students across these disciplines.

It empowers learners from all backgrounds, ensuring access to the best teaching and learning resources regardless of socio-economic status. Students at Unity College are encouraged to enroll in courses available on the SWAYAM platform through the college’s local chapter. This initiative opens doors to diverse learning opportunities and ensures our students can access top-tier educational content from premier institutions.

  • Learners have to say YES to the question ‘Are you part of a Local Chapter’
  • Choose the correct college name from the dropdown. This is very important; else the learner will not be available in the SPOC list
  • Faculty choose the Profession as ‘Faculty’ (Not Employed)
  • Use the same email id for enrolling to courses & exam registration. Assignments submitted through one mail id & exam registered through another mail id will not be accepted
  • NEW: Please note that the exam registration for the 12 week courses will be closed along with the set one 4wk and 8wk courses.
