The Internal Complaints Cell (ICC) under the Women Development Cell, Unity College, successfully organized a three-day sensitisation drive from 19th to 21st February 2025. The drive was designed to engage both undergraduate and postgraduate students, ensuring that they are well-informed about key issues related to personal conduct, campus decorum, and grievance redressal. The primary objective was to create awareness and educate students about appropriate behavior and etiquette while fostering a more inclusive, respectful, and safe campus environment.
The members of the Cell conducted discussions on various sensitive yet essential topics that impact student life and overall campus culture. The sessions covered the following key areas:
- Gender Parity
- Sexual Harassment and Its Prevention
- Grooming and Personal Hygiene
- Proper Uniform
- Grievance Redressal Mechanism
