Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) organized ONE DAY WORKSHOP

‘Documentation Process for  NAAC AQAR” for faculty & Staff on 8th May, 2026, at Seminar Hall

The Workshop aimed to Provide guidance on AQAR documentation and reporting , familiarize faculty with criteria-wise data collection, highlight the importance of record keeping, ensure effective participation in quality assurance processes.

The workshop was divided into two sessions to ensure effective delivery of the topics and active participation of the participants.


First Session: 9:00 AM- 10: 30 AM
Theme: Data Collected and Record Keeping

IQAC Member & Asst. Professor
Education, Unity College.

The programme was chaired by Dr. Tabssum Khan, IQAC Coordinator & Asst. Prof, Commerce, Unity College. Short speech was delivered by Dr. Akala longkumer, Vice Principal & Head of Department, Unity College Teacher Education. She stressed the importance of institutional assessment and highlighted its role in ensuring its role in ensuring quality enhancement and academic excellence. She further encouraged the faculty and staff to serve with sincerity and dedication. The resource person elaborately discussed the importance of systematic data collection and proper record maintainence for effective AQAR documentation and Quality Assurance. Second Session: 11 AM-12 Noon: 12: 30 PM
Theme: Criteria wise preparation of AQAR

The second session was chaired by Mr. Gladson, IQAC & Librarian, Unity College. The resource person of the session session was Dr. Adani Ngullie, IQAC Coordinator. She clearly explained the criteria wise preparation of AQAR and elaborated on the maintenance of supporting documents, and submission procedures under each criteria. The resource person mentioned that the preparation of AQAR is a demanding and challenging process requiring utmost sincerity, commitment, teamwork, and dedication. She expressed her gratitude and appreciation to the faculty members and staff for their active involvement and efforts in the preparation and submission of AQAR 2024-2025.  Dr. Aten Jenla Convenor Research & Development Cell & Asst. Professor, History recorded the proceedings of the session. The session was followed with discussion. The workshop was attended by 69 participants.
