Two days training on the importance of beekeeping
The Unity College, Dimapur Beekeeping Club organised a two days training on the importance of beekeeping and honey harvesting on September 12 and 13, 2025. The resources were Er. Khuvozoyi Vese, Dy Team Leader NBHM, and Shri. Temjenchuba k Char.
Er. Khuvozoyi Vese highlighting on the economy of Honey bee, significance of beekeeping for the preservation and maintenance of the ecosystem, the generation of financial income, benefits of honey and discussed the various bee species.
Shri. Temjenchuba k Char highlighting the standard hive structure with live demonstration and advice to keep the hive.
