Conducted a week’s  training program in Commerce and Arts Unity College on Effective Communication in Leadership. The trainers Vanthunglo Murry and Moainla Jamir, facilitated :
1. An intentional discussion on Critical  tips for Leaders to communicate more effectively, and the staggering costs organizations has to pay  because  of Poor Leadership Communication.
2. Trained on 15 Ways to Hone Active Listening Skills for Leaders and how to implement practically
3. The importance of alignment in Verbal and Non Verbal Language, and how Body Language impacts Leadership results.
The sessions caused some students to step up and  make healthy decisions and choices as they reflected on where they are at. They personally came forward  to seek guidance in organizing their Personal and Career life, and some for Study Tips ,how to study effectively, excel in academics and maintain mental hygiene in the midst of exam stress. This dynamic five-day program helped the participants learn all of the critical elements that successful leaders must master to deliver results.
