Commerce and Arts Unity College trainees attended  a fast paced 5 day training program organized by the trainers of Leadership and Personality Development, Vanthunglo Murry and Moainla Jamir, fostering a dynamic learning environment themed ;  Creativity and Innovation in Leadership, where trainees  were introduced to topics on design thinking, entrepreneurship, creative leadership , innovation management, learning to learn, strategic thinking, leadership & change. Participants learned through a combination of action learning activities, simulations, group discussions, team exercises, lectures, case studies, and projects. Before, during, an after the program, content and experiences are customized to participants’ unique personal, and current leadership challenges. The students related to the stories that were used as tools for transmission of concepts and knowledge on the above mentioned topic.
