On 7th May, 2025, the NCC attended in the nationwide Civil Defence Mock Drill Exercise, “Operation Abhyaas”, aimed at assessing operational efficacy, coordination, and emergency preparedness. As per the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India’s directive, the State Government of Nagaland organized the drill across 10 districts, including Dimapur.
