In observance of International Women’s Day, the Women Development Cell (WDC) of Unity College, in collaboration with Yari Clinic, Dimapur, successfully organized a Free Medical Health Check-Up Camp on 7th March 2026 hosted at the clinic’s premises. The initiative saw an active turnout of approximately 80 participants, comprising of students, parents, and children who received specialized consultations from a dermatologist and a pediatrician. To ensure the smooth facilitation of the event, 10 Gender Champions—student members of the WDC—alongside the Cell’s faculty members, provided dedicated on-site assistance to the Yari Clinic staff.
