Four NCC Cadets from Unity College, namely Cadet Ningreihor Kaping, Cadet Ryan Singh, Cadet Yambolomi Kikon and Cadet R K Diyasana, participated in a “ Two-week free training and competition program on Air-Rifle and Air-Pistol” organized by the Nagaland Shooting Sports Association in collaboration with the Department of Youth Resources and Sports, Government of Nagaland from 22nd-30th August, 2025.
The cadets’ outstanding performance earned impressive results. Ryan Singh secured a Silver Medal in the Junior Division Male category, while Yambolomi Kikon claimed Gold and R K Diyasana secured silver in the Junior Division Female category. The winners were also offered six months of free training by the Association.
