On 1st December 2025, on the occasion of World AIDS Day, the Red Ribbon Club of Unity College conducted a Poster and Slogan Competition under the directives of the Nagaland State AIDS Control Society (NSACS) based on the theme “Overcoming Disruption, Transforming AIDS Response.” The programme was organized with the objective of creating awareness among students about HIV/AIDS, encouraging creative expression, and promoting informed understanding of prevention, care, and social responsibility.

Students from various departments actively participated in the competition, presenting thoughtful posters and impactful slogans that reflected the theme and highlighted the importance of sustained efforts in addressing the challenges posed by HIV/AIDS. The activity provided a meaningful platform for students to engage with the subject in a creative and educational manner, making the event both productive and enlightening.
