29th October 2022: The Department of Education, Unity College, organized a seminar on “Mental Health and Wellness” in collaboration with the Department of Psychology and Counseling, St. Joseph University, Chumoukedima. The resource person for the seminar, Dr. Watinaro Longkumer, Associate Professor and HOD, Department of Psychology and Counseling, St. Joseph University, Chumoukedima highlighted the importance of promoting Mental Health wellness in our education system. Altogether 90 participants, both students and teaching faculty, attended the program.
